If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

My friend was delighted with the flowers he received which he said brought memories of his deceased mother's favorites. Carina flowers were thoughtful in letting me know about substitutions that were needed and assured me of the high quality of their flowers which my friend confirmed.
