Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

Gorgeous flowers and exceptional customer service. When I learned that the recipient of my arrangement wouldn't be home, Carina Floral said "no problem, we'll make a fresh arrangement and send when she's home." That is above and beyond and so kind of them.

It was an easy process to buy and select online and have it delivered the next day. I just wish the shop took a picture of what i spend 100 dollars on because i other then the picture online, i do not know how my specific bouquet turned out.
