Covina Flower Delivery

I gave a disappointing review previously. The retailer reached out and not only offered to make amends for my disappointment but also explained flowers were in short supply due to the recent Rose Parade and my requirement of same day delivery. I appreciate them reaching out to me and will try them again in the future.

The arrangement was beautiful and delivered very fast. It was just missing my daughters name on the card. I know it was an accident and the flowers were for my mom so she knows that I wouldn't leave her off. But I would definitely use you again. Thank you for the pretty flowers and so quick. I really appreciate it during this really rough time.

I got these for my boyfriends mom who is sick at home and these made her day. The picture of the flowers she sent looked so incredible. Very satisfied and would recommend using this florist!

At first I was not happy because the costumer service was kind of rude. When I called twice to track the order and ask if I can add my name to the card their staff seemed so confused as to what my requests were and I was super annoyed by their lack of customer service. But when my brother in laws mom received them she sent me a pic of how beautiful they were and how happy she was for reviving them. So I guess that made up for it!
